Experienced and passionate Italian coach with over 20 years of playing experience across all Italian football categories and 19 years as a coach. Residing in Malta since 2015, Fausto brings a winning mindset, clear communication, and a deep understanding of football to his coaching.
With a background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padova, he combines analytical thinking with a love for the game. His coaching philosophy emphasises clear communication, skill development, and creating a positive environment where players can thrive. Fausto’s leadership was forged through a strong playing career, where he never faced relegation, and now, he’s focused on instilling that same resilience and winning mentality in his teams.
