Whether it’s the youngest Joeys taking their first touches or MiniRoos mastering key techniques, we offer an exciting pathway to help players grow both on and off the pitch.
JOEYS (Ages 4, born 2021)
Active Start Football Program – Beginning Saturday, 1st February 2025
The Active Start program is designed to introduce young children to football in a fun, playful, and unstructured environment. The primary goal is to help kids enjoy the game while developing essential physical and ball control skills that set the foundation for future football success.
Program Details:
- Duration: 32 weeks (ending in September)
- Included: Training uniform (shirt, shorts, and socks)
- Fees Covered: All club, council, and federation fees
- Insurance: All insurance fees included

MINIROOS (Ages 5-12)
MiniRoos provides a structured environment where young players refine their football skills, learn teamwork, and take the next steps in their development journey. From the FUNdamentals to Learning to Train stages, we ensure players stay engaged while mastering the game.
Age Groups and Focus:
Ages 6–9: FUNdamentals
- Focus on essential skills: passing, receiving, running with the ball, and finishing.
- Developing confidence in 1v1 situations.
Ages 9–12: Learning to Train
- Emphasis on football-specific mobility and game comprehension.
- Introduction to principles of play through 7v7/9v9 games.
- Skill Development: Core techniques like passing, finishing, and 1v1s.
- Game Understanding: Basic principles of play introduced in a fun way.
- Structured Environment: Focus on discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Progressive Learning: Advancing from small-sided games to larger formats.

Federico Capuzzo brings 12+ years of experience and a passion for youth football development. As the head coach of the Juniors/Academy, Federico is dedicated to nurturing young talent and helping every player reach their potential.

Players should bring a water bottle, shin pads, appropriate footwear (boots for grass or futsal shoes if applicable), and training gear.
No problem! We welcome all skill levels and ensure training is tailored to individual development needs.
Yes, there may be extra fees for tournaments and travel. These will be communicated in advance.
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to observe, but we encourage them to allow their children to focus on the coach’s instructions.
