Ages 16–19: Training to Compete
This phase focuses on developing the technical, tactical, and physiological demands of the game. Players learn position-specific roles while competition sharpens their skills and builds resilience.
Ages 19 and up: Training to Win
Here, players refine their abilities to compete at their peak, with training geared towards performance and achieving success. The goal is to maximise potential in every match and develop a winning mindset.
Federico Capuzzo, UEFA B Licensed Coach, brings 12+ years of experience and a passion for youth football development. As the head coach of the Juniors/Academy, Federico is dedicated to nurturing young talent and helping every player reach their potential.
