Our Women’s Program is designed to nurture players through professional development phases, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and mindset to thrive in competitive environments and excel as individuals.

The Professional Development Phase

Our Women’s Program offers a structured pathway to elevate players to the highest standards of football.

  • Ages 16–19: Training to Compete
    This phase focuses on developing the technical, tactical, and physiological demands of the game. Players learn position-specific roles while competition sharpens their skills and builds resilience.

  • Ages 19 and up: Training to Win
    Here, players refine their abilities to compete at their peak, with training geared towards performance and achieving success. The goal is to maximise potential in every match and develop a winning mindset.

Federico Capuzzo, UEFA B Licensed Coach, brings 12+ years of experience and a passion for youth football development. As the head coach of the Juniors/Academy, Federico is dedicated to nurturing young talent and helping every player reach their potential.

  • Training sessions are held every Tuesday and Friday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Gym sessions are every Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Matches are held on Sundays, either in the morning or afternoon.

The program runs for 36 weeks, starting in January and continuing through the year.

Yes, training sessions are held during school holidays to maintain consistency.

The women’s teams play in the Sunday League Central, offering a competitive environment to showcase their talent.
